No Longer Under Hurricane Watch 

Will always wonder why we were under hurricane warnings and watches for a tropical storm but I can only presume that the National Hurricane and Mexico thought there was still a chance that Javier could increase in strength. Javier is practically on top of us but not. I don’t know about you, but I’m exhausted.
