My favorite new place for perfect coffee in Cabo San Lucas

By: Just Jenn

Fiore Bakery and Coffee after just one visit instantly became my favorite coffee place, as well as breakfast. Whether you are strictly espresso, or cappuccino, or prefer an amazing Matcha Latte, Fiore does not disappoint if you are desiring a posh experience.

To begin with, I ordered a caramel latte which was by far the best I’ve ever had.

Since we were actually coffee shop hopping, we did need something to eat and I genuinely cannot express enough how much I thoroughly enjoyed … yogurt, but first, check out what my friend called old man’s oatmeal! (He loved it, by the way). The Oatmeal delight was served with bananas, blueberries, figs, dried fruits which also looks like shredded coconut, and poppy seeds. I know you are also seeing strawberries but some of the berries were not listed on the menu.

My sister ordered the French-style bread. Delicious and beautifully plated brioche bread layered with English cream, mascarpone cheese, berries, and syrup (on the side).

Personally, I opted for the Granola and Red Berries. Crunchy granola, fresh yogurt, a dollop of peanut butter, sliced bananas, and seasonal berries were more than I could eat. It was fulfilling to the eye, the pallet and gastronomicly. I was unable to finish it, it was so filling.

The coffee is so good on its own, that several bags were purchased for others back “home” as gifts. As much as I loved the caramel latte and yogurt, I cannot wait to return to try many other dishes. Heck, I might even dine alone just to experience the perfection of their coffee and cuisine without distractions. I always prefer to experience exquisite food and beverages with friends and family and would not have changed a thing about my first time there, however, when I go back to try the poached eggs, I will need to get into the zone.

Fiore Bakery and Coffee is part of Romeo & Julieta, and is owned by the Solmar Group. Fiore is right in front of Romeo & Julieta, near the marina in Cabo San Lucas just at the bottom of Pedregal.

I will for sure do a follow-up review.
