Here’s what February actually looks like based on 7 years of data from my personal station in Cabo San Lucas.
February in Cabo San Lucas — straight from my icabos3 station (2020–2026):
Still very much dry season… just a touch warmer.
Rain? Mostly a non-event.
Out of 7 Februaries, most had 0.00″.
The outlier was 2020 with 1.30″ from a winter system.
Everything else stayed pretty dry.
Temperatures:
– Days: mid to upper 80s at my location
– Nights: mid-50s to low 60s
So yes, it’s still that easy, “nothing to worry about” kind of weather.
Even with El Niño chatter later in the year, February usually just stays calm and does its thing.
