There are so many reasons to choose a resort or a hotel on the marina in Cabo San Lucas. One of them is because you are literally walking distance to the charter boats, your own yacht, and so many wonderful restaurants! I will do this in alphabetical order. With incredible views of Land’s End, the bay, and the marina depending on which suite you book, is Breathless, an adult-only all-inclusive with top-notch amenities and 12 gourmet restaurants and bars. Cabo Plaza Marina is actually not a resort or a hotel, but private condominiums with at least one available for rental. Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa won both the 2020 and 2021 Travel’s Choice Awards from Trip Adviser and currently holds a 4-1/2 star rating, is located in what is called the “Golden Zone” right next to the Puerto Paraiso Shopping Center. With beach-inspired suites with private balconies, and an option for all-inclusive or walking to so many amazing restaurants on the marina. https://www.marinafiestaresort.com

I struggled with places NEAR the marina for the walking distance blog because of that very thing. I ended up using maps to verify each one, as I already know the ones on the marina.
