Now … who wants to talk about the “Welcome Wall”? You know, the one put up to try to hide the evidence?

Not to get off track, but we are sure it is of interest to many to know who was on the H.O.A. BOD at that time, many who are still on the BOD today. Side note to homeowners in Pedregal, we know many of those names seen above you are very familiar with, and now you know, they’ve been dishonest with you all.

They’ve known from the beginning what was happening. Those lines on the exterior and interior perimeter walls of our property highlight the cracks from vibrational damage. The Pedregal H.O.A. BOD was fully aware that those lines were part of a criminal investigation and, until the case was resolved, could not be removed. Mexican laws supersede Pedregal.

And no, adding a little paint to the walls would not “hide” the cracks; in fact, the cracks would just continue to get bigger, and they would still be visible anyway.

One could surmise that the BOD wanted to build a wall to hide or “cover up” the evidence. Am I being repetitive? Yes, yes, I am.

The streets in Pedregal are city property. Pedregal did not have the legal right to build a wall around our home. In fact, to give you an example, Pedregal required the owner’s permission to put steps just before the sidewalk for pedestrians. Bummer, they seem to have cracks too now.

Pedregal had the audacity, the pomposity, and the arrogance to begin building a wall without the city’s permission, but also the owners, considering the proximity to the property line. The city eventually gave “provisional approval”, knowing Pedregal would never meet all of the legal requirements.

The first work day after Hurricane Norma passed, on Monday, October 25th, 2023, presumably while the city was too busy to notice, Pedregal began to work on the wall again. So … 🤷‍♀️ this happened.

In August of 2024 …

December 2024 …

Pedregal waited until new people were put in place at the city to give them what they call a “Welcome Wall”. It’s cracked on both sides, by the way.
